Working on real time training projects with organizations from the beginning of my career has always been the biggest asset and solution to most common training and development concerns when designing training programs.
Whenever a training project comes to my desk, I follow the golden rule of questions. Questions are very important to define:
- The needs analysis of a training program
- The purpose of the training
- The outcome of the training
- More questions
Having good answers to good questions is the basic foundation when developing any training program. If you don’t have the answers, you surely will not know where to start.
I do not work on the one size fits all methodology. Every need is different, every program developed is different and a good trainer always develops their training program to have the knowledge and expertise to deliver.
